Bustamente is a small magical town in Nuevo León, Mexico that was built by the Tlaxcalans, and so influence from Tlaxcala can be seen everywhere despite the distance. Its main attraction is its caves.

Eagle Pass is a small city in Texas, United States that was the first American town on the US-Mexico border, initially to stop trade and eventually to facilitate trade. After the Confederacy lost the Civil War, the last confederate flag that had flown was buried here.
Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico
Piedras Negras is a small city in Coahuila, Mexico on the US-Mexico border known for its coal deposits. It’s also the place where nachos were invented. It was originally founded in 1850 by Mexican Americans and was looted 5 years later by Texan slaveholders who tried to re-enslave Africans and native Americans in a nearby town but were defeated.
Hog Island, Grenada
Hog Island is a small island off the east coast of St George, Grenada, around 5 minutes by boat. It’s quiet with only one small shop and there’s normally no visitors during the week. It’s possible to take a boat from Lower Woburn, either a private one or with others on the weekend.
